In John 8: 31-2 (ESV), Jesus Christ says:
If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.

We also believe that true happiness lies in being forgiven by God, through faith by grace in Jesus Christ. The battle with homosexuality can be won because in 1 Corinthians 6: 11 (ESV), Apostle Paul says of the homosexuals in church:
And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.
